118 Mount St

TIMPL was appointed to refurbish Cover-more’s newest North Sydney premises at 118 Mount Street North Sydney.

Covermore Group is a leading global travel insurance provider. Established in 1986 in Sydney, Australia. 


Covermore have grown to become Australia’s leading provider.

This optimal commercial office showcases joinery, high tech collaboration zones and an interesting array of finishes to promote a relaxed environment allowing for brainstorming, team bonding within a sophisticated environment.

Vertex

TIMPL was engaged by Cushman & Wakefield under a design and construct contract to extend and refurbish Vertex’s corporate office at

601 Pacific Hwy St.Leonards.


Switchboard upgrades, structural penetrations and relocation needs meeting Stockland and neighbouring tenant requirements were managed and delivered by the TIMPL team.


The project required an upgrade to the back of house

areas consisting of additional quiet rooms, AV teleconferencing, acoustic treatment and power upgrade to both new and existing workstations.


The front of house collaboration space is designed to

have staff socialize making use of the collaborative feel good areas with moss wall, breakout tables, booths and banquette area features.

Downer Group

Downer Group identified a need within their business to consolidate and restructure with a focus on their corporate headquarters at North Ryde.


TIMPL managed the refurbishment and upgrade to multiple working zones, amenities, and client areas.


Key highlights included the upgrade and additions to facilitate incoming teams from multiple locations initially to workstation and locker zones.


The project naturally evolved to include all areas of the office space, and TIMPL collaborated closely with Downer’s Facility Team, PTID, and Accelerate PM to meet the business requirements.


Preliminary planning of 10 weeks leed in, allowed minimum disruption to the business during the 6 weeks of on-site refurbishment and upgrade works, across all 6 Floors.

Macquarie Heart

Macquarie Heart, one of Sydney’s leading Cardiovascular Groups has expanded their new clinics to support the Southwest.


Timpl worked closely with Macquarie Heart to align with the vision of their new flagship clinic to support the integrated network of specialist doctors including, vascular and endovascular surgeons and general physicians.


The new Cardiovascular Clinic includes an open and inviting waiting area with suspended feature lights and plants, fish tank, waiting booth, a large curved reception for multiple patients registering and keeping in mind accessible requirements, Consult rooms with state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment and sound attenuation for privacy.


The careful consideration of patient waiting areas, consult rooms and staff functionality was paramount.


This culminated in a smooth transition for TIMPL during construction with keeping in alignment with the

client’s requirements.

The Star - Astral

Working for one of Australia’s largest entertainment groups, TIMPL are proud to announce the completion
of The Star Entertainment Group (TSEG) fitout at the Astral Tower building in Pyrmont NSW.


The feature areas on this high-end project included Astral’s unique front of house board room, staff breakout out area and exclusive foyer/lift lobby facility.


Our team constructed a unique ceramic tile feature wall with a timber finish in the main lobby, along with matte black stainless-steel door finishes and star fire glass lift reveals throughout, which is the focal point when entering this multifunctional space.

Benestar translates to ‘wellbeing’ and that is the essence of their promise—helping businesses and their employees to ‘Be your best you’.
Benestar appointed TIMPL as Head Contractor to deliver its new facility at Level 3, 44 Market Street Sydney.
Feature areas Included bespoke timber & metal screens within the waiting area, feature integrated timber and plasterboard ceilings to the reception and breakout area.
Multipurpose breakout area that accommodates everyday needs and multicompany functions.
Acoustic attenuation with some cool wallpaper to consulting and meeting rooms ensures confidentiality
and an environment where Benestar’s clients can relax in comfort during Workforce & Individual sessions

REA

REA Group Limited is a market-leading digital advertising business specializing in the property Market,
TIMPL delivered this new fit out at
Level 17, 309 Kent St, Sydney.
TIMPL worked closely with Montlaur and
Futurespace on this delightful fitout,.
With a compact time-frame and long lead time items, TIMPL diligently worked alongside the project team to deliver this sound fitout.
Feature areas included front of house reception with a unique perforated ceiling, staff café and open hub fitted with detailed joinery, furniture and finishes

SELS

TIMPL were engaged to deliver a multi floor refurbishment of the Heritage

Listed Sels building within The Star Casino’ precinct.


TIMPL maintained all heritage requirements ,compact

time-frames and long lead time items, delivering this

unique premises for TSEG


The Sels incorporates high quality designs consisting

of stain-glass windows, lace cast iron balustrades and

handrails throughout the project.

Willis Towers Watson

TIMPL was appointed to construct Willis’ premises at L15 & 16 Angel Place


Willis Group is a leading global risk advisor, insurance and reinsurance broker.


TIMPL assisted with the buildability of the interconnecting stair between levels 15 and 16.


The staircase is suspended from the L16 soffit using Ronstan cables finished with timber treads and a
frameless glass balustrade.


This optimal commercial office showcases complex joinery, warm tones, high tech collaboration zones
and an interesting array of finishes being mosaic murals, stone-based artworks and sculptures

Office of the Children’s Guardian

The Office of the Children’s Guardian is an independent statutory authority in NSW Government.


They are an independent government agency that works to protect children by promoting and regulating quality, child safe organisations and services.


Highlight areas include feature pinboard wall throughout, timber ceilings and lighting in the collab areas, contemporary kitchen with trendy designer furniture

Aoyuan

Aoyuan International specialises in the investment and management of international property development projects and is one of the
largest-scale property developers around the world.


TIMPL as head contractors delivered Aoyuan’s new head office.
The design and construction of the folded brass panels and marble stone slabs to the office entry were both of structured and seamless effects.


The installation of frameless sections and backlit signage were integral components used in the entry area.


Feature aspects of this highly detailed project included the gold foyer area, which contains herringbone patterned marble floors, curved marble reception, timber paneled pivot doors all
of which were executed and finished to a superior quality.

Uber

Due to Uber’s rapid and unprecedented growth in the proceeding months, the decision was made to take additional space on level 31 in addition to levels 29 and 30 at 580 George Street, Sydney.


TIMPL was appointed to deliver UBER’s expanding facility working closely with Montlaur, Siren Design and Aston Consulting.


In consideration of the sensitive live environment, TIMPL managed all critical elements after hours.


TIMPL’s responsibilities included high level design workshops with contractors, project designers, consultants and external project managers ensuring the design intent was delivered within time and budget.


Being a fine example of a modern workplace environment, the activity based fit out project has successfully met the growth needs of the progressive UBER business

Montefiore

Montefiore Home is Australia’s leading aged care provider with a proud history spanning more than 120 years.


The execution of the joinery marketing & display walls along with the integrated brass coded metal components and integrating doors and niches in a seamless design proved challenging. However, with ongoing design consultation following with design modifications and providing alternative solutions to suit these challenges were resolved.


The standout feature areas for the display suite include the woodform marketing and sales wall areas, feature lighting and the kitchen and flooring areas

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation is trustee of eleven superannuation schemes looking after the needs of Australian Government employees and members of the Australian Defence Forces. 


Working closely with client and designers to achieve maximum results within stringent time-frame to accomplish a new fitout of 5 levels of Office Space and Ground Floor Lobby and Customer Service Area.


CSC Front of House has a hospitable lobby reception, waiting and consultations rooms with warm and earthy design welcoming clients on arrival. Office levels 1-5, a modern workplace with 100% sit and stand workstations, Breakout areas, various size Meeting Rooms including a 20-person Main Boardroom, various Collaboration Hubs, an array of joinery and Designer Furniture.


Ground Floor has a Training and Conference room with operable wall and hi-tech AV to teach, partake and entertain..

111 Pacific Hwy

INVESTA is one of Australia’s largest owners and managers of institutional grade office real estate, controlling assets worth more than $11 billion.


TIMPL was appointed by Forge Venture Management to deliver this refurbishment on behalf of INVESTA at 111 Pacific Highway, North Sydney.


Working within a live environment which included the office lobby and café was the challenge and with TIMPL’s strategic planning and consulting ensured this project was safely and successfully delivered.
This stunning lobby foyer includes linear LED lighting, curved ceilings, timber panelling, revolving doors and glass facades.

Granville Tafe

TAFE NSW is committed to educating and empowering students to meet the needs and expectations of our ever-changing community.


TIMPL was selected to complete a new learning facility at their Granville campus.


TIMPL worked within a ‘Live’ operating environment.


Student classes continued seamlessly during the construction period. OHS hazards of shared corridors and noisy works were coordinated and managed diligently by TIMPL’s site team.


Granville TAFE now has a new state of the art Electrical trade design workshop
